Skyline Panama’s team is made up from people just like you that understand what it is like to be a new buyer in a foreign country.

Its Directors, Jo Carol Pretto, Frank Kardonski, and his daughter Denise Kardonski, have extensive real estate experience both in and out of Panama and serve as Investment advisors to many clients. Jo Carol Pretto is originally from Washington State, US, and understands the needs of many American or English speaking clients. Having lived in Panama for over 30 years, she understands Panama and how to guide clients who choose to invest in this country.

Denise Kardonski has lived in the USA for 17 years and was in Real Estate Development and Sales in Miami, Florida for over 5 years. Now settled in Panama, she brings a wealth of knowledge about development sales and commercial sales as well as a connection to an extensive network of Real Estate Brokers and Agents in the U.S.

Frank Kardonski, a born entrepreneur, has in his career achieved a great deal of milestones that represent a asset for the company. Among his most notable milestones are his involvement as chairman of executive committee of Towerbank in Panama as well as in The Key Biscayne Bank in Key Biscayne, FL. Additionally, he was the founder and first Chairman of the Board of The Panama Stock Exchange.
